For made-to-order dolls and customised products, production begins specifically for your order. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

For non-customised items and smaller products, processing may begin very quickly, which can limit the possibility of cancellation once the order has been confirmed.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Where available, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping allows import duties, taxes, and customs clearance to be arranged in advance, so that the order is delivered without unexpected charges.
This can be particularly useful for customers in the United States and other non-EU destinations who prefer an all-inclusive import solution.
Where DDP is not used, local duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the laws of the destination country.
What are the delivery times?
