Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return request period, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of our products, many items are made to the customer’s specifications or customized according to selected options. In such cases, return eligibility may be limited as described below. To be eligible for a return, your item must: - be unused and not activated   - be in the same condition as received   - be in its original packaging   - include all accessories and components   - include proof of purchase   Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance. If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Customers must not ship items without authorization. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Many products sold through Fashion Real Doll are manufactured specifically upon customer order and may be customized according to customer-selected options.

Once production has commenced, customized, personalized, or made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@fashionrealdoll.com. Please include: - your order number   - clear photos of the product   - clear photos of the packaging   We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases: - goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized   - products customized according to selected options   - sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery   - products that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged   - products handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning   - items not returned in original condition and packaging   - sale items or gift cards, where permitted by applicable law   This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

European Union Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

However, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

Return Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of our products, return shipping costs may be significant. We strongly recommend reviewing potential return costs before requesting a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved: - refunds are processed within 14 days   - refunds are issued to the original payment method   For valid EU withdrawal requests, standard delivery costs paid at checkout will be refunded where required by law. Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use or diminished value beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Chargebacks & Dispute Handling

We encourage customers to contact us before opening any payment dispute so that we can review and resolve the issue promptly. In the event of a dispute, we may provide relevant order information, including tracking data, delivery confirmation, customization details, and communications, to the payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
