ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 21 working days for production. Expect an email within 21 working day to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10:00 to 19:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 21 working days using UPS, GLS, FedEx and BRT courier express via Air Freight, Train Shipping or Sea Shipping. Free shipping fee applies to orders shipping to Europe, USA and the UK. Please get in touch whether shipment to other areas is needed. 

All prices display include shipping rate, import duties and taxes (including VAT) for European countries, the UK and USA.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please read our Refund Policy. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at danilo@mediabuzz.it with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
