Warranty Coverage

Fashion Real Doll is committed to providing high-quality products manufactured according to strict quality standards.

This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased directly through www.fashionrealdoll.com and covers manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery.

This warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law and does not limit or replace statutory legal guarantees.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order promptly upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage, missing components, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting a claim, customers should provide:

  • Order number;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs of the product;

  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant;

  • Additional information reasonably requested for claim evaluation.

Failure to report obvious delivery damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect our ability to process claims with shipping carriers.

What Is Covered

Subject to inspection and verification, this warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects;

  • Structural defects present upon delivery;

  • Internal skeleton defects present upon delivery;

  • Material defects present upon delivery;

  • Incorrect products supplied by mistake;

  • Missing components included in the original order;

  • Damage occurring during transportation where properly documented.

Fashion Real Doll reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Cosmetic changes resulting from normal use;

  • Damage caused by improper handling;

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or abuse;

  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance;

  • Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, oils, or incompatible products;

  • Staining, discoloration, or material degradation resulting from customer use;

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs;

  • Damage resulting from improper storage conditions;

  • Damage caused after delivery due to customer actions;

  • Minor variations in appearance, coloration, texture, makeup, measurements, or finishing details;

  • Variations resulting from handcrafted production processes;

  • Issues disclosed prior to purchase.

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Many products sold through Fashion Real Doll are manufactured specifically upon customer order and may be customized according to selected options.

Customization choices, including but not limited to body type, head selection, makeup, skin tone, eye color, hair style, material options, skeleton options, and other selected features, do not constitute defects.

Requests based solely on personal preference, aesthetic expectations, or customization choices selected by the customer are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Upon receiving a warranty claim, Fashion Real Doll may:

  • Request additional photographs;

  • Request video evidence;

  • Request further information regarding product use;

  • Conduct an internal assessment;

  • Consult the manufacturer when necessary.

Customers agree to cooperate reasonably during the claim review process.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or manipulated information may result in denial of the claim.

Warranty Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, Fashion Real Doll may, at its sole discretion and where permitted by applicable law:

  • Provide replacement parts;

  • Arrange repair services;

  • Offer a partial refund;

  • Offer a replacement product;

  • Provide another reasonable remedy appropriate to the circumstances.

The selected remedy will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Limitation of Warranty

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Warranty Policy constitutes the sole commercial warranty provided by Fashion Real Doll.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited to the duration and scope expressly described in this policy.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

EU Consumer Rights

For consumers residing within the European Union, statutory legal conformity rights remain applicable in accordance with the laws of the consumer's country of residence.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any mandatory rights relating to defective goods, legal conformity guarantees, repair rights, replacement rights, price reduction rights, or refund rights provided by applicable law.
