Every order is manufactured and prepared on demand according to the selected model, configuration, and customization options.

Production times vary by manufacturer and product specifications and typically range between 3 and 21 business days.

Once production is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and shipment details.

Orders may be collected daily between 10:00 and 18:00.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY

National and international shipping is included in the final price.

Depending on the product and destination, orders may be delivered using trusted carriers such as UPS, GLS, FedEx, DHL, or BRT through the following shipping methods:

Production Time: 3–21 business days

Air Freight Express EU: 8–12 business days

Air Freight Standard: 15–18 business days

Rail Freight: 35–45 business days

Sea Freight: Approximately 60 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Production schedules, manufacturer workloads, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, weather events, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Fashion Real Doll shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, manufacturers, or force majeure events.

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping is available throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and many additional international destinations.

SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES & CUSTOMS

Shipping costs are included in the final price for eligible destinations.

For Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, applicable VAT, customs clearance procedures, and import duties are included where specified at checkout.

Where duties and taxes are prepaid by us, no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

For destinations outside supported prepaid regions, local taxes, duties, or customs charges may apply in accordance with local regulations.

All products are shipped using discreet packaging designed to protect customer privacy and minimize disclosure of the contents.

While packaging is generally neutral and unbranded, certain shipping labels, customs declarations, carrier requirements, or legal obligations may require limited information to appear on shipping documentation.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

RISK OF DELIVERY 

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the products to the customer or to a person designated by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and that deliveries can be received safely at the designated location.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fashionrealdoll.com.

Please include your order number together with clear photographs of the issue.
